By subscribing, you authorise GlowCare to charge your payment method automatically at the frequency you selected (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly) for the products included in your plan. Your subscription will continue until you cancel in accordance with these terms.

Choose the subscription plan on our product page and complete checkout.

Your account will be created or updated with subscription details (frequency, items, payment method).

You’ll receive a confirmation email including shipment schedule and payment information.

On each billing date, we will charge the payment method on file, prepare the shipment, and send you a notification with tracking information.

You may log into your account to adjust your subscription (skip, pause, modify quantity) until the next billing cycle cut-off date.
⏸️ 4. Skipping, Pausing or Changing Your Subscription
You have full flexibility:

Skip: Skip a shipment without cancelling the subscription (subject to your plan’s cut-off terms).

Pause: Temporarily suspend your subscription and resume later.

Modify: Change products, frequency, quantity or delivery address.
To make any of these changes, please update your subscription details in your account dashboard or contact us at info@tryglowcare.com at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment.

You may cancel at any time without penalty, as long as you request cancellation before the billing next date.

Go to your account settings and click “Cancel Subscription” or email info@tryglowcare.com with your subscription ID.

Once cancelled, no further renewals will occur; you will receive any shipment already processed but will not be charged again.

If you have an active subscription, the terms of our standard refund & return policy apply for individual shipments.

Subscription pricing is clearly shown at signup and may differ from one-time purchase pricing.
