RETURNS

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your product, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase.
To begin a return, please contact our support team at info@tryglowcare.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for return, your product must be in its original packaging and in unused or like-new condition. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our policy.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@tryglowcare.com.
We can send a replacement free of charge, provided you contact us within the required timeframe and supply clear photographic evidence if requested.


EXCEPTIONS

We do not accept returns on custom or personalized orders (those made specifically for you), bulk orders, or gift cards.
We monitor returns to protect against misuse (e.g., excessive returns, reselling, or fraudulent activity) and reserve the right to decline returns if misuse is detected.

If you wish to return a product simply because you changed your mind, shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for errors made during checkout (such as selecting the wrong product or entering an incorrect address) that result in failed delivery.
