🛍️ ORDER CANCELLATION

Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as it immediately enters our processing system.
If you wish to return an item once it has arrived, you may contact our support team to initiate a return request.
After we receive and inspect the returned package, a refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

📦 LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

GlowCare is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered during checkout.
Please double-check your billing and shipping information before confirming your order.

If an error occurs on our part, we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.


💰 CUSTOMS & DUTIES

GlowCare is not liable for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees once your order has been shipped.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that such fees (if applicable) are your responsibility.

Customs policies vary from country to country, and delays may occasionally occur due to inspection procedures.


🚚 SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times vary depending on destination.
The average delivery time is 4–13 business days.

Please note that these estimates exclude our 2–3 day processing time and any customs or clearance delays.

We will always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.


🔍 TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.

In rare cases, orders sent with free shipping may not include tracking updates for certain destinations.


🕒 “NO TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE”

For some couriers, tracking data may take 2–3 business days to update after shipment.
If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information, please contact our support team at info@tryglowcare.com and we’ll be happy to help.


📦 MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped separately, even if combined shipping was selected.
You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package, if applicable.
